* Cash preferred. Cards accepted for sales of $20 or more.
* We do not provide help to move or load furniture. Make sure you have a plan to load and move furniture by 3PM on Sunday.
* If you are a buyer of small fragile items, we recommend having a box and wrapping paper in your car. We will provide what we can but often run out before the end of a sale.
* Do not block the circular driveway, it will be used for loading only.

Beautiful home filled with nice furnishings and decor.   Lots of basic home items plus beautiful designer pieces.  Everything is super clean and ready to add to your home.

If you are looking to change up some furniture we have everything from a leather sofa to a formal dining room table, king size bed and more.  Nice side chairs, side tables, lamps, art.  Pair of wrought iron peacock chairs.  Upright piano.  Pretty antique wicker chair.   

We have a small collection of Longaberger baskets, kitchen goods from stemware to pots and pans.  There is also a nice collection of teacups and saucers perfect for a Valentine's Day or Mother's Day tea.

The house is ready for a renovation so we will be selling some appliances, lighting fixtures, interior doors & more.  Bring your measurements and tools!  Great free standing fireplace will be available for sale and the contractors will remove it for you when they start demolition.
