The sale address is 6276 Spoonbill Drive, New Port Richey Fla. 34652. Prices are posted and are considered to be negotiable...reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. No warranties are applicable - either express or implied, or suitability for intended purpose(s). Sales are made on a first come, first served basis. Florida State Sales taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of purchase. Cash and approved checks (checks with proper identification) will be acceptable forms of payment. All items purchased must be removed the day of purchase. Some items are subject to prior sale. This is a sale located in the  upscale Sea Forest Drive Gulf Landings community. The sale is located in an executive level home.  The sale has good furniture, Good Accent items, and  a very large selection of tools in it...a three car garage was being converted into a two workshops...an automotive, and a woodworking shop.  In order to set up the tools we had to use not only the three car garage but also another large  room.  If you are in need of tools or if you are a flea marketeer looking for inventory to sell...this is your sale.
 Sale Highlights are as follows:  SPA / HOT TUB -The sale  has a large 5/6 Person Spa / Hot Tub by Spa Crest- Model  is a Vision SpaCygnus 3780  that originally sold for $5,400+ without the accessories which add another $600.00. The Spa / Hot Tub is approx. 83" x 92" x 37".  It weighs approx. 825 lbs dry and 4,157 full. (holds up to 400 gallons). It uses 220V - 50 Amp service.  The Spa / Hot Tub has 2 - 2 speed 5 HP pumps.  There are lots of jets (26 cluster jets, 14 power storm jets, 4 mini storm jets, 12 air injectors, 3 Ozone Jets, a foot therapy system with lots of jets...a total of 87 jets...and a waterfall too). There are also 3 pillow headrests.
