You'll enter off Trinity Blvd onto Tamarind Blvd, then take a left onto Robert Trent Jones Pkwy, pass the main Champions Club entrance, and turn right onto Pontofino Circle. You'll be given access at the gate, then take a right or left to wrap around to the address: 10435 Pontofino Cr.

Because of restrictions in this exclusive neighborhood, our hours for this sale are limited: Friday 9am to Noon only, and Saturday 9am to 1pm only. Please plan your visit accordingly, as we will not be able to accommodate visitors outside these hours. Our 50% off sale period will ONLY be for the last hour of the sale on Saturday, so don't let that nice item go on Friday or Saturday morning, things will be priced to move.

This gorgeous home belonged to a young couple who lived here for 17 years and had beautiful taste in furnishings, this is not grandma's decor! As you enter, the cashier's table will be right in front of you, and just to the left is a beautiful array of really nice jewelry, rings, bracelets, sunglasses, and bangles, including a Chanel item and a Michael Kors clutch, with a beautiful designer tapestry above.

Moving into the formal dining area, you'll find paintings, candles, a beautiful modern china set, and luxurious bedding, including high-end lined drapes in several sizes: 60x102", 120x148", another 148" single panel, and 240x148" lined drapery, along with lamps and additional fine paintings and frames. There's a large array of decor throughout, beautiful candle and floral sconces, and crystal. Moving into the kitchen and living room, there's another beautiful display of vases, designer accents, and lamps.

The kitchen is loaded with cutting boards, cheese boards, cookbooks, dish sets, a Nespresso machine, designer kitchen accents, serving trays, drying mats, Maxera pieces, hand-painted serving plates and bowls, glassware, cake pans, Le Creuset cookware, and non-stick cookware and griddles. The pantry has a large buccaneers serving tray, storage canisters, pantry staples, flatware and plasticware, and very nice linens, tableware, and TV trays.

Back in the living room, you'll find beautiful paintings, additional accents, lamps, and gorgeous designer vases from Pier One and Steinmart. Above the fireplace are additional candle holders, a beautiful accent piece, and a bronze lamp with a miniature Tiffany-style shade.

The media room, now used as an office, has an HP tablet, Canon photo paper, nice power strips, selfie sticks, a couple of iHome bedside clocks, an iPad Pro Smart Keyboard, and an iPad Magic Keyboard. There's also a potted faux fern on a stand, sconces, a JBL Bluetooth speaker, and a classic Keystone Capri 25mm film camera. Music and audio lovers will find vintage flutes, a very nice Sigma Model DR28 guitar made by Martin and Company, a Velodyne and Infinity speaker, a Technics SL-MC4 CD changer with remote, and a full media tower including a WattBox WB800FP surge protector, an Araknis Networks AN-310-SW-R-16-POE, a Control4 system, a Samsung Blu-ray/DVD player, a Control4 EA3 controller, and two Yamaha RX-A2A receivers plus a Yamaha RX-A4A Aventage receiver, all remotes included. There's also a SpeakerCraft multi-room speaker selector.

Out by the pool, you'll find a beautiful potted tropical plant and some rugs.

Heading toward the bedrooms, there's a little club bar with glassware, barware, shaker sets, wine corks and flasks, unopened champagne, wine glasses, and bar glasses, plus a lovely Chardonnay and Shiraz print and a large accent painting of pears and wine glasses in a beautiful gold frame. There's a linen closet with throw pillows, washcloths, and towels, all of the highest quality.

The primary bedroom's showpiece is a Sleep Number bed (the original style, not the smart bed), along with beautiful king-size bedding, comforter and sheet sets, throw and accent pillows, euro shams, and additional lamps and frames. The women's closet is full of beautiful golf and business attire in sizes XS–Medium, including Nike jackets and Talbots pieces, golf shorts and skirts, jackets, blouses, handbags, a very nice Columbia coat, and ECCO tennis shoes in size 9–9.5. The bathroom is loaded with fine cosmetics, sunscreen, a large selection of Clinique products, nice bathroom decanters, brushes, curling irons, soap dispensers, umbrellas, a foot massager, knee brace, and designer prints and towels.

The second bedroom offers a large selection of frames, clocks, accent decor, candles, a large cigar box, additional shams, pillows, and throw blankets, a king-size electric blanket (no cord), a full clean quilt, belts, and queen sheet sets. There's a roll-on carry-on briefcase, a second cigar box, golf-themed framed photos from around the world, and an Augusta National Golf Club Amen Corner print. The men's closet has a great selection of fine apparel including Travis Mathew golf jackets, large cashmere sweaters, Kirkland dress shirts (16.5, 34/35), a Bugatchi shirt, golf vests and Under Armour shirts, plus shoes in sizes 9–9.5 and 10–11, a Puma tennis shoe set, Kansas City Chiefs Crocs, leather bags, and backpacks.

On your way to the garage, there's a stop with cookbooks, candles, small accent lamps, emergency candles, and nice Italian and Mediterranean scene framed prints.

The garage is one of the largest and most organized we've seen! It's loaded with a Craftsman Shop-Vac, outdoor round tables, a set of Marchway items, a 15lb kettlebell, a 12lb medicine ball, a Quik Shade instant canopy, garden hose fittings, clamps, brackets, a saw, and pressure hoses. There's a great selection of Armor All and Black Magic car detailing supplies including ceramic wax and waterless car wash, a Lasko digital ceramic heater, a large extension cord reel, two fans, pressure sprayers, a DeWalt buffer (also usable as a sander), a fire extinguisher, a new-in-box DeWalt buffing pad, and four-foot LED tubes.

Golfers won't want to miss the golf table with two pairs of Adidas golf shoes, hitting mats, practice balls, Lynx magazines, golf pencils, tees, towels, divot replacers, a large box of balls, a professional golf bag, and a nice selection of clubs, including a collector's original TaylorMade 12-degree driver, a graphite-shafted Callaway Big Bertha 3-wood, a Vokey 56-degree wedge, a Cleveland 56-degree wedge, and additional clubs and putters.
