THIS IS A BY APPOINTMENT ONLY SALE due to parking limitations and room sizes in home. We will schedule your visit in blocks of time alongside other shoppers.

• PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, you will not be admitted, and asked to make an appointment.

• PRE-SALE AVAILABLE for all larger items to help clear some floor space. No discounts on pre-sale items. Non-refundable 20% DEPOSIT needed for holds up to 24hrs. Invoice paid in full for longer holds or to claim.

• DISCOUNTS: Everything is priced to sell! All reasonable offers accepted, especially towards the end of the sale. To be fair, because this is a by-appointment sale, there will not be increasing fixed percentage discounts for each day.

• NO LARGE purses or bags inside the estate sale please - fanny-pack size only. A short-term hold area will be available for you to keep your finds while you continue shopping.

• ATTN: ON-SITE SECURITY is present, and full house security CAMERAS are in use - before, during, and after the sale.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted. Please fully inspect the item(s) you are interested in purchasing and ask any questions, we are happy to help. As always, we are transparent if an item has any known flaws.

• CASH PREFERRED. WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS! 3% processing fee will be added to card purchases over $50. Sorry, no checks accepted. Sales tax will be charged on each item, as per state law.

• For SALES TAX EXEMPT buyers, A PRINTED COPY of your CURRENT RESALE CERTIFICATE is required and must be provided for our records prior to checkout.

• Buyer assumes risk and “AS-IS” quality of items purchased, no warranty on items.

• YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LIFTING AND LOADING ITEMS PURCHASED. Please BRING HELP and proper tools for removing items. Due to size or weight of some items, a professional moving service may need to be engaged. There are steps so be prepared.

• ALL ITEMS PURCHASED must be removed the same day (or a mutually agreed upon day) and will only be held after purchase until the end of that sale day for your pickup. Any items not picked up will become property of the owner.

• NO RESTROOMS are available to the public, please plan accordingly.

• PROPERTY: We appreciate your respectful visitation of this property and its surroundings. NOTICE: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. By entering the premises for this Estate Sale, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your presence, including but not limited to slip, trip, and fall hazards, structural dangers, and property loss or damage. The property owner and Palmetto Rose Vintage (Victor & Rose LLC) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents, injuries, parking tickets, or losses to personal property incurred while on the premises. AS A CONDITION OF ENTRY: Visitors must take reasonable care for their own safety. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No smoking, large bags, or pets allowed (except service animals). By entering, you agree to hold harmless the owner and estate sale company from any claims, including those arising from negligence. If you do not agree to these terms do not enter the property.

If needed, we will limit sale access to attendees in order to control over crowding of the sale location. We reserve the right to bar anyone or ask any attendee(s) causing any issue(s) to immediately leave the property where the estate sale is being conducted.
