Terms & Conditions

Cash is KING!
Checks only from people we know.
Credit cards only for purchases over $50. We will be firm on this amount.
We will be over protective of this neighborhood. Do NOT park in the grass in yards or on the landscaped side of the street as there are sprinklers there also. Turnberry Place is a beautiful little neighborhood so let's help keep it that way. We would like to do more sales in these lovely homes.

We will collect sales tax.
A copy for our records of your new 2017 Sales Tax Certificate is necessary in order to be exempt. No exceptions, so print off your new certificates and bring for us to file.

Friday is full price....although we love to bundle purchases.
Saturday is 50% on most items, but some items are firm.

We are bringing some boxes and paper, but if you are a regular buyer best come prepared.
There are some heavy pieces that if purchased we request that you arrange your own muscle and pick up at the end of the day. We don't mind assisting with smaller items, but we will not be responsible for large or fragile items.

All sales are final. Inspect your items carefully

Please, leave all large bags in your car. No strollers allowed in home.

Well behaved children are welcome. All others will be made into pies. :)

Description & Details

We are working so hard to add pictures and descriptions, but there isn't enough time in our day right now. You really want to see all the goodies in this home. Neat collections and just so well kept.  Original boxes for new and old things. Lots of unopened things.

*Please note, we will take private appointments for the jewelry.  Too much at this sale to handle without our jewelry gal and the home so full.

I also wanted to let you know we have adopted a policy we have seen at sales out of our area about leaving an offer the first day of the sale.  If you really love an item, but are not comfortable with the opening price...please leave a bid with your name and phone number and we will call you at the end of the day if you are the winning bidder.  This worked well at our last sale. First day your bid must be at least 60% of the asking price.  This allows you a chance to purchase the item without having to be in line at the door with everyone else hoping to get your treasure at 50%.  If there are multiple bids the price will be bid over the phone before the end of the day so be available. If the item is over $50 we will take you credit card over the phone.

Our client, a retired Army Officer has some wonderful things from living overseas....and we have just discovered some of his mid-century modern pieces are collectible so if you know someone really into this era of design make sure they check this sale out.  This home and its contents are immaculate!

There are also some pieces that we have brought over from a home in Sunset Beach that can't have a sale.  The homeowner downsized so we have items that wouldn't fit in her new residence.
