ALL SALES FINAL AND ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS
Unless listed as a pre-sale item, no items will be sold in advance of the first sale day.
We accept cash, checks with proper ID, and credit cards for purchases over $25.
As required by Florida law, we collect sales tax at our sales. If exempt, a copy of your exempt tax certificate IS REQUIRED for all exempt sales.
Packing and boxes are limited so please bring your own. We are happy to assist you with getting small items to your car when possible, however, you must arrange to have heavy objects loaded and unloaded. We have contact information for local moving services to assist, if necessary.
Please note, we cannot sell over the phone or over the internet. If you wish to purchase items from our sale, please come to the sale and inspect the item and purchase in person.
Early Bird Estate Sales of the Emerald Coast, LLC is not responsible for accidents--sale homes are very full--move about with caution. No strollers please and children must stay with an adult at all times!
