BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. We are all old with bad backs and cannot help. All furniture must be picked up No Later Than 2pm Saturday or by limited appointments. Always look where you are going. I know that is hard to do with all the great things to see.
Children must be in hand at all times. No baby carriages allowed. Not responsible for Accidents. THIS IS A TIGHTLY PACKED HOUSE SO PLEASE BE PATIENT.
Please do not block driveways or trashcans or mailboxes of neighbors when parking. Please keep out of neighbor's parking spaces.
