BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. We are all old with bad backs and cannot help. All furniture must be picked up No Later Than 2pm Saturday or by limited appointments. Always look where you are going.
Children must be in hand at all times. No baby carriages allowed. All personal boxes, bags and baskets must be left outside or put on the Hold Table. Not responsible for Accidents.
Please do not block driveways or trashcans or mailboxes of neighbors when parking. Please keep out of neighbor's parking spaces.
All items sold AS IS. Please test electronics/ machines prior to purchase. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
HOLD BINS are in place near Check-Out, in Garage and at outside buildings. A member of my crew will assist you at all those locations. If you place an item in a HOLD AREA consider it SOLD. Please be courteous and patient. Full price Thursday, 25% off Friday, 50% off and best offers until 12 Noon. Entrance through Garage Door. Do not pull price tags off furniture and other large pieces unless you plan to purchase.
