Hi Folks...Welcome to this FUN Sale at  3927 BALSAM DRIVE, NICEVILLE, FL  32578.  This sale will take place on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, February 28th & March 1st  from 8am to 2pm.  There are items from around the world and great streamlined furniture.  If you have any questions or would like to Pre-Buy an item, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.

Here is how the Pre-selling works:

**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.
**If you wish to purchase items under the limit, please shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
**DELIVERIES are available for a fee.  Please call Kevin Dolan at (850)889-5356.
**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
