TYPICALLY I will not be able to return calls before the sale BECAUSE WE R CRAZY SETTING UP.
FYI: sometimes we open 10-15 min early
PLEASE only park on one side of the road opposite the house
We appreciate your compliance with the following:
CASH Preferred but Visa & MasterCard accepted with a CHIP
5% convenient fee Sorry no checks.
To be tax exempt please bring me a copy of your 2020 resale certificate
Please bring your own bags, boxes, wrap, muscle, tools to disassemble
Insurance restrictions prohibit Staff from loading, carrying furniture etc.
AGAIN, please bring your own help.
We are not responsible for accidents in/around the sale property
All sales final. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.
