ITEM TERMS

-Caring Transitions may attempt to describe merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the sale but makes no representations. In no event shall Caring transitions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer shall be the sole judge of value.
-All sales are final, as is and where is. All persons attending the sales or removing merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Caring Transitions from any liability. Buyers must arrange for packing (a table will be provided along with SOME packing materials) loading and transportation of services. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, a value, or any other determinative factor regarding specific items.
