Please note, nothing in the sale will be priced. This will be a bundle pricing sale.
Also, please note that this property does not have power and all lighting will be from the daylight coming in through the windows. Please bring a flashlight mostly for closets. The daylight is sufficient enough for the majority of the house.
This is a small home and may be limited to a certain number of people allowed in right when we open on the first day. You may have to wait for people to come out before you can enter when we open at 9 AM on the first day.
This home is located right in the downtown area of Oakland. You may park on the side of the road in the grass along the side of the property. After that, you will be responsible for finding authorized parking in the area, which may require walking a distance to the house.
