All prices are marked and listed at the cash discounted price. All credit/debit transactions are charged at full price which adds 3% to the total.

**Saturday - all items remaining to be sold will be discounted unless marked otherwise.

**Bids are always accepted for any items valued at $100 or greater.

All items are sold as-is and FINAL. Please make sure to check your items and ensure they work BEFORE you make a purchase.
No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions!

All items are offered on a first come basis. We are not able to schedule viewings prior to the sale opening.
PRE-SALES are not offered for any items.

We are not responsible for any accidents or loss or damage of personal items.
Large items must be picked up no later than the end of the sale.
Please make arrangements to have someone help load large items.
We will not be able to load or move the merchandise. Buyer is responsible to load, pad or tie down the item(s).
