The auction will have a "soft close" where the bidding will be extended 2 minutes if there are last minute bids. This will be fast paced - one lot closing every 20 seconds (3 per minute) to allow the auction to end at a reasonable time of night. If you set a proxy bid, the computer will automatically bid up to your maximum amount only if needed for you to win the bid.
The auction will start to close Thursday , October 30th at 7pm
Pick up is by individual appointment. The subdivision is closed to public entrance and we will be transporting your winnings to an accessible location. We will be doing a total of 3 auctions from this location and are willing to hold your winnings until the last auction ends if needed.
We will offer local and out of state shipping on items marked as shippable.
HiBid will require a credit card to register. We will take cash at pick up if you prefer to pay in cash- but you must tell us immediately after auction if you want to pay cash.
