FOR OUR SHOPPERS:
* A number is not required to shop the sale. Numbers are just used to order the entry to the sale on the first day, in the first hour or so. Sale is open to the public. If you would like to sign up for numbered entry to the sale for Friday April 21st, please email treasures@thegreatestatesales.com- include first name and last initial for each number you require in the request. You will receive a response by 9pm Thurs April 20th. No requests for numbers will be taken after 9pm Thursday.
*Because our homes are filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting.
*Payment: We accept Cash, Credit and Debit. (Credit over $20 Visa, MC and Discover.)
*All sales are final and merchandise is sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, be waiting in line when we OPEN, we do not sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we do not "hold" items until you arrive. As a matter of policy, we do not discuss pricing over the phone or via email, unless you're observant and notice a price tag in a photo. Please come directly to the sale.
*Large Purchases: The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are always the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed. All purchased merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless other arrangements have been made in writing by the business owner.

1973 MGB Roadster Project - All rust work has been done, Matching #'s, British Motor Heritage Parts. Front end powder coated, rebuilt engine, .20 oversize pistons, lead free head, double row timing chain and balanced. Many new and performance parts. Needs paint work and assembly. 

Like new Snap-on tool box system. Hertitage series, Model KRL 773. Needs new shocks for the top chest, which should be replaceable under warranty from Snap-On, overall Excellent condition!
