Terms and Conditions:
We always appreciate your business! For those who are not familiar with our sales, company Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. All items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN." There are no guarantees implied or expressed by AMAES or Owner. There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.
2. You must move your own items and will be responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds. Everything must be out by close of business on Saturday (unless prior arrangements are made) or AMAES retains possession.
3. Announcements posted on the day of sale take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this sale.
4. We PREFER cash! Local checks with approval by management.
5. YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK ON GROUNDS AND PROPERTY. AMAES & HOMEOWNER ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT THAT MAY OCCUR ON GROUNDS/PROPERTY! YOU AGREE TO THIS TERM WHEN YOU ATTEND ONE OF OUR SALES!
6. No strollers, animals, food or drink or smoking permitted inside home.
7. We reserve the right to limit number of persons inside home.
8. We reserve the right to remove person(s) from home or grounds.
9. Doors open at advertised time.
10. Restrooms are not available.
11. You break, you buy. You steal, we WILL call the police.
12. Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes. Do not park on the lawns! You will be ask to move your vehicle if any of these are violated.

14. We need to have your current DR-13 resale certification on file.
15. We will provide packing materials/bags to assist in wrapping your purchases until supplies run out. Please plan accordingly and bring your own as ours are first come, first serve!

Another Memory is honored to present an onsite gift boutique and tea room business liquidation. Basketique Gifts and Over the Second Cup Tea Room was owned and operated by Pat Sessions for over 25 years. What once served as a local train station, she lovely transformed into a community treasure! It has been historically recognized as one of the ten remaining historic train depots.
This will be a three-day sale starting February 27 – March 1, 2026 with substantial discounts offered starting on the first day. The more you buy, the larger your discount. Cash, local checks (with proper ID) and credit cards (4% convenience fee) will be accepted.
Located at 727 Kingsley Avenue and fourteen miles from downtown Jacksonville, the Orange Park Depot was constructed in the early 1900s by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. Built to serve the community of Orange Park, passenger service at the station remained active until the 1960s when it transitioned from a regular stop to a flag stop. Following its closure, the building was used as offices, shops and even a restaurant. In 1993, it opened as a home for the Georgia 300. Maintained by G&LM; Services, the Georgia 300 is a privately-owned refurbished, vintage railcar that was built in the 1930s.
Everything in the store and outside decor will be for sale unless otherwise marked. Inside is filled with holiday items, display cabinets/tables, skin products, vintage and antique dish sets, signage, full children's area, everyday gifts, wall decor, and much more! What a great place to start your early Christmas, birthday, anniversary and other celebration shopping!
