5. This house is packed with a lot of furniture so please be patient making arrangements to remove large pieces from the home during the sale hours. We will accommodate early hour and after hour pick up as needed.
5. We will provide shopping baskets for your shopping convenience along with bags and wrapping for your items. We will provide Anti Bacterial Wipes for you to use on our shopping baskets. You are encouraged to bring your own shopping basket (not bags) to the sale.
6. NO PURSES, LARGE BAGS OR BACKPACKS will be allowed. No Exceptions, We can hold in a secure area and give you a ticket of receipt for your purse or bag
7. We nor the home owner will be responsible for any accidents or injury on the premises where the sale is held. Enter at your own risk.
8. We are full price the first day with some room to negotiations, please do not contact for prices
