Two Day Estate Sale will be conducted on Dec. 4th & 5th, 2009 from 08:00AM to 3:00PM each day of the sale. Sale is located in Orwin Manor in the Historic section of Orlando. Prices are posted on items for sale and are considered negotiable - reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold in "as is, where is" condition. No warranties are applicable - express or implied, or suitablility for intended purpose. Sales are on a first come first served basis. Some items may be separately advertised and are therefore subject to prior sale. Interested buyers are directed to contact Jeanette's Estate Sales & Services, LLC to verify item(s) availability and to schedule previews. Florida State Sales Taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of the purchase. Cash and approved Checks (checks with proper identification) will be acceptable forms of payment. All items purchased must be removed day of sale.

Two Day Estate Sale in Orwin Manor in the Historic Section of Orlando, Fla.  Sales will be conducted on Dec. 4th & 5th from 08:00AM to 3:00 PM each day of the sale.  Estate Sale is located at 615 Westminster Street, Orlando, Fla. 32803 (in the Orwin Manor area of Historic Orlando). This estate sale has a lot of collectibles from  the 1940's - 1960's  Mid Century period items in it.   Vintage Lowery Organ - double keyboards, foot keyboard, matching bench;   Several Items of Mid Century Modern furniture are in this sale: Vintage Primitive Drop Leaf Table (likely circa 1940's / '50's); Vintage Early American Dining Furniture (likely circa 1940's / 1950's) - Early American Table with 2 slide out extension leaves; Early American Style side chairs (6 - not all matching); Matching Early American Server w/ single drawer and double door storage; Vintage Woven / Wicker Weave Tray Style Stand ( unmarked but very similar to Heywood Wakefield of same period (likely circa 1940's - 1950's).  Mid Century Modern Sumter Bedroom furniture -  Bedroom set - Double Headboard w/ storage, Matching Dresser w/ mirror, matching chest of drawers, Matching Night Stands (2); Also, King Headboard w/ storage, Chest of Drawers, matching 2 smaller chests of drawers w/ mirrors, matching desk with 6 drawers; Also Double Early American Style Bedroom set - Double Headboard & Footboard, matching Chest of Drawers; Several small tables / end tables also available...some with drawer or shelf storage; Clock Collection - Several Wall Clocks of different styles & sizes including a vintage Simplex Time Recorder Co. wall clock.
