We offer large-item delivery, and you can coordinate and pay at checkout. Delivery usually takes place the Sunday after the sale, but we can accommodate your schedule as needed.
Neither the estate sale company nor the home owner are responsible for any liability - please be careful on the premises.
Sorry, we don’t give out prices before the sale, however, we are happy to look up dimensions, brands, etc for you. :)
NO PURSES OR BAGS, please! If you forget to leave them in the car, you can give them to the cashier to put behind the desk.
We take cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. We also take credit, debit, and Apple Pay with 3% surcharge.
Opening morning signup sheet will be posted Wednesday after 4pm. (You do not need to put your name on the sign-up sheet to attend the sale.) Go to Pickerty dot com and find Posh Peacock sale to access online signup.
