Two Day Estate Sale being conducted in Orlando's Conway area on Overlake Avenue on Friday & Saturday, June 7th & 8th, 2013. Sale hours are 09:00AM - 3:00 PM on both sale days. The sale address is 1505 Overlake Avenue, Orlando, Fla. 32806. Prices are posted and are considered to be negotiable...reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. No warranties are applicable - either express or implied, or suitability for intended purpose(s). Sales are made on a first come, first served basis. Florida State Sales taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of purchase. Cash and approved checks (checks with proper identification) will be acceptable forms of payment. All items purchased must be removed the day of purchase. Some items are subject to prior sale.
