Terms & Conditions

All Sales Final – All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. No warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

Buyer’s Premium & Tax – A 20% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. Florida sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

Payment – Credit cards on file will be charged automatically at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer. Declined payments must be resolved within 24 hours or items may be forfeited.

Pickup – Pickup is scheduled for Saturday, August 30th, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Monday, September 1st, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at 5941 Chesapeake Park, Orlando, FL 32819. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, labor, and equipment to load purchases.

Forfeiture – Any items not picked up during the designated times (unless arranged prior to bidding in email or writing) will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund, and may be resold at the auctioneer’s discretion.

Liability – Auctioneer and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/damaged items once sold. Entry to pickup site is at buyer’s own risk.

Bidding Agreement – By registering to bid and placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of this auction.

Disputes – The auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of any dispute regarding bidding or sale of items.
