Two Day Estate Sale in Southwest Orlando Williamsburg Subdivision community will be conducted on Friday & Saturday, February 24 & 25, 2012. The sale address is 11515 Sandy Hill Drive, Orlando, Fla. 32821. Prices are posted and are considered to be negotiable...reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. No warranties are applicable - either express or implied, or suitability for intended purpose(s). Sales are made on a first come, first served basis. Florida State Sales taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of purchase. Cash and approved checks (checks with proper identification) will be acceptable forms of payment. All items purchased must be removed the day of purchase. Some items are subject to prior sale. This is an excellent two day sale in the Williamsburg Subdivision located in Southwest Orlando.  The sale address is 11515 Sandy Hill Drive, Orlando, Fla. 32821.
