Two Day Estate Sale will be conducted on Dec. 11th & 12th, 2009 from 08:00AM to 3:00PM each day of the sale. Sale is located in Deer Creek Subdivision of Williamsburd in Southwest Orlando. Prices are posted on items for sale and are considered negotiable - reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold in "as is, where is" condition. No warranties are applicable - express or implied, or suitablility for intended purpose. Sales are on a first come first served basis. Some items may be separately advertised and are therefore subject to prior sale. Interested buyers are directed to contact Jeanette's Estate Sales & Services, LLC to verify item(s) availability and to schedule previews. Florida State Sales Taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of the purchase. Cash and approved Checks (checks with proper identification) will be acceptable forms of payment. All items purchased must be removed
