Two Day Estate Sale being conducted in the Southwest Orlando Metrowest St. Andrews Subdivision area on Friday & Saturday, November 2nd and 3rd, 2012. The sale address is 7917 St. Andrews Circle, Orlando, Fla. 32835. Prices are posted and are considered to be negotiable...reasonable offers will be entertained. All sales are final. Items are sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. No warranties are applicable - either express or implied, or suitability for intended purpose(s). Sales are made on a first come, first served basis. Florida State Sales taxes are collected on each sale unless a valid Fla. Tax Exempt Certificate is provided at the time of purchase. Cash and approved checks (checks with proper identification) will be acceptable forms of payment. All items purchased must be removed the day of purchase. Some items are subject to prior sale. This is a two day sale located in St. Andrews Subdivision... an upscale community in the Metrowest subdivision.  The sale is in an executive level home with upscale  furniture and furnishings.  This sale has excellent accent / decorator / collectibles in it...especially "Legends" C.
