You are entering at your own risk and if you do not agree please refrain from entering our facility.
We require you to be registered with us to attend our auctions and to enter the facility for viewing and inspection. If you are new and need to get registered you can do so on our website or in person upon arriving at our facility. Once you are registered you will have a permanent buyer number :) Registration cutoff time is 3PM on Sale Day!
We do not allow pets on the premises. Service animals permitted with proper documentation only.
We are a public auction so you do not have to be a dealer but we certainly welcome our dealers as well!
Pick up times are announced for each auction.

We have been commissioned to get the place empty asap so the sale is Sunday December 1st 2-5PM and Monday December 2 2-6PM onsite at the restaurant located at 4151 Millenia Blvd Orlando FL 32839!
There is loads of decor, memoribilia, a huge canoe, kitchen equipment and more!

There is an 18% buyers premium that is added to all sales and sales tax will be charged unless you provide your exemption form to us.
