6. ALL LICENSED Estate Sale Companies are REQUIRED BY LAW to collect State Sales Tax. If you are tax-exempt, you must have a current tax certificate with you or on file with us.
7. DEALERS: Please bring your re-sale certificates for sales tax, we will need a new copy for 2016.
8. Please be courteous, parking is on one side of street, and stay off the grass.
9. No purses or back packs allowed inside the sale, baskets will be provided.
