Terms and Conditions of the Sale:
18% Buyer's premium will be added to all credit card
15% buyers premium for cash or local checks.
Buyer must notify Dunn's Attic prior to bidding if they intend to pay with cash or Florida check.
Payments via Credit Card are processed via PayPal invoices. Following the close of the auction you will receive an invoice from PayPal with your itemized settlement attached in a PDF. Clicking on the PDF allows you to see a full cost breakdown of your winnings. We must be notified prior to bidding if you plan to pay by cash or Florida check.
We HIGHLY recommend buyers inspect all items before placing a bid.
All items will be available to be viewed and inspected the 2 prior days to the end of the auction between 10:00am-4:00pm at:

By placing a bid, buyer signifies they have inspected the item, or have declined to inspect the item.
All items are sold AS IS.
No warranties are included with any purchase, and there are NO refunds or returns.
Buyer assumes the responsibility of paying all applicable taxes on their purchase, unless valid tax exemption paperwork is on file with us prior to auction start.
Winning items will be available for pickup the first two (2) business days following the close of the auction. Pickup times are from 11am to 4pm at:

Dunns Attic will hold items for a max of 1 week. If items are picked up within a week the items will become property of Dunns Attic with no refund or recorse.
IN OTHER WORDS, IF YOU DONT PICK IT UP YOU LOSE IT!
We offer no in-house shipping, however we work closely with our local SafeShip. We will deliver the items and you will then work directly with safe ship. You will pay SafeShip for any charges for your shipping.
Dunns Attic will provide a quote for local delivery.
