5. ALL FLORIDA Estate Sale Companies are REQUIRED BY LAW to collect State Sales Tax. If you are tax-exempt, you must have a current reseller's certificate with you and on file with us. DEALERS: PLEASE BRING YOUR CURRENT YEAR RESELLER'S CERTIFICATE.

6. Please park on one side of street, do not block the neighbor's driveways or mailboxes, and kindly stay off the grass.

7. No purses or back packs allowed inside the sale; baskets will be provided.
