This sale will be open to the public with no appointment required on Friday 2/26/2021 and Saturday 2/27/2021 from 9AM-3PM.
If you have a vehicle larger than a standard SUV, truck or van such as an extended truck, cargo van or extra large SUV making an appointment is strongly recommended. We are also happy to hold purchases paid in full for scheduled pick up during non sale hours and up to 48 hours after the sale.

All sales final, cash and credit cards accepted. Masks required for entry. Not responsible for accidents.

 The entrance into this property is "one way", There is ample parking however turning around is challenging. Be prepared to use caution and follow staff instructions when arriving into the community and pulling through the gates and backing out. "Normal to smaller size" vehicles are strongly encouraged.  Larger vehicles such as extended trucks, vans, cargo vehicles etc... will be instructed on where to park.
