Numbers for Friday morning line will be available Thursday AFTER 2pm.

Bring your own shopping bags, boxes, and packing material if you are interested in delicate items - we do not have space to store these items to allow us to provide for you.

LEAVE PURSE IN YOUR CAR - it might be a long walk back to put it in the car.

NO PURSES allowed inside and NO we will not hold onto your purse. The safest place is tucked away in your car.

Prices marked firm will not be discounted.

Be Respectful to neighbor's lawns, mailboxes, and driveways. And if the sale occurs on trash pick-up day, make sure you allow sufficient space for trucks to access the street and trash cans.

Cash, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted. We do not accept any apps for payment (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App).
Carefully inspect the item(s) you choose to purchase as all sales are final.
As an estate sale company, our primary responsibility is to get the best price possible for our client while still offering fair market prices to our shoppers. We research specialty items and price at current market price using online auction sites sold prices as a guideline. If believe an item is overpriced, we are happy to look at the supporting evidence.
ACME reserves the right to limit access of attendees to control over-crowding of the home.
ACME Estate Sales conducts business on private property, therefore ACME staff reserves the right to ask any attendee(s) to immediately leave the premises.
Items purchased must be taken at point of sale.
ACME does not deliver or help to load purchases. Please come prepared for large items.
Some exclusions may apply to percent discount days.
We are not available to respond to emails and text messages during the sale.

Please, no calls, texts, or emails regarding prices. It isn't that we don't want to be helpful but before the sale, we probably won't remember the correct price and during the sale we are helping folks in attendance. We hope you will find it worthwhile to come and see the items in person.
