Local Pick Up: IF YOU INTEND TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS, REMOVAL IS AS FOLLOWS –Tuesday, Dec 12th, 2017 from 10am - 3pm ONLY!! Location: 3764 CR 214 Oxford, FL 34484. If you cannot make it during pickup hours, you must notify the Auction House before auction ends to make an appointment. Appointments can be made up to a week ONLY after the above pickup date.

Shipping Instructions: ATTENTION ALL SHIPPING BUYERS –Safe Ship will be picking up ALL out of state/area bidders items by Wednesday, Dec 13th , 2017. Once all items are picked up by the shipper THEY WILL CONTACT YOU to set up shipping. When they contact the buyer you will be provided with the shipping amount and then will need to provide them with your credit card information to process the shipping. Shipping insurance covers the amount paid for an item NOT the items’ value. If additional insurance is required you MUST notify the Shipper Before the item ships. If the buyer fails to fulfill their obligations herein, all deposits and payments made hereunder by the buyer shall be retained by Wildwood Auctions & Estate Services as liquidated damages. All sales that are subject to 7.0% FL state sales tax where applicable, must be paid at time of transaction closing. The decision of the Auctioneer is final and absolute. The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of a dispute. REMOVAL: All items must be removed from the auction site no later than the date specified in our terms. Removal shall be at the risk, expense and liability of the purchaser. No items can be removed without presenting proper evidence of paid bills of sale. Payments will be charged directly to your proxibid account. Otherwise, payment can be made when you arrive for pick-up with cash or card. You will be charged the cost of the item/items, plus 15% Buyer's premium, and any applicable taxes. No items shall be removed until payment is received in FULL.
