Cash and credit cards -- no checks -- carpet is light in color, please make sure to wipe your feet well on provided mats before entering main house -- you must bring help to load large items -- some furniture is on the second floor -- furniture and large items can be picked up after the sale closes each day -- no public restrooms -- the sale is not child friendly -- we are in no way responsible for any accidents -- all sales are final -- no entrance until opening time -- prices are firm Thursday and Friday -- Saturday is half off the majority of remaining items
