Credit Cards: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card purchases.

Entry: For everyone’s safety, we may limit the number of people inside the home at one time.

All Sales Final: Please inspect items carefully before purchasing—everything is sold as is and all sales are final.

Courtesy Reminder: Be respectful of others and avoid blocking driveways.

Furniture & Large Items: We do not offer delivery—please come prepared to move and transport your purchases.

No Early Pricing or Holds: We do not release pricing in advance, and we cannot hold items. Everything is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
