*NOTE: The combined rate used in this calculator (7%) is the result of the FL state rate (6%), the Flagler County rate (1%).

*We accept Cash, MC, Visa. Discover, American Express. *3% card transaction fee is added to your final sale.*

All items must be removed by close of sale unless agreed to prior to the sale transaction.

Please come prepared to package and remove items yourself, as materials are limited and our staff cannot assist with moving due to insurance limitations.

Please respect all "Do Not Enter" signs.

All sales are final.

NO PRE-SALES or PREVIEWS will be offered for this sale. Because of the many people who attend our sales, questions regarding individual items are very hard to answer prior to the sale —- just come to the sale!


HOW TO SHOP THIS SALE:

*You MUST pre-register by calling Chrisann at 386-290-1463 or emailing your name to peaceofmindestatesales@gmail.com in order to attend this sale. No exceptions can be made.

Entry to the premises will be closely managed due to size of home and the volume, quality and rareness of estate belongings to assure no there are no accidents/breakage.

Premises & belongings will be discretely monitored for everyone's safety and absolutely no totes/large purses/bags will be permitted into the home (no exceptions).

Please be courteous of the neighbors and do not park on the grass or block driveways or mailboxes.

For insurance purposes, staff members are not able to carry heavy/large items for you. You MUST arrange for your own people to carry/load/deliver your items.

Peace of Mind Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents, nor is the homeowner.

If we sell out of items before end of sale time, we will close the sale down early.

Please Note: it is the owner’s option to remove items that were originally advertised as available for sale. We apologize in advance if this happens as we know you come for certain items. We do our best to remove photos and items from the listing, however, it’s not always possible.
