Estate Sales are As Is Where Is. Debit/Credit cards are accepted. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales final. Only store credit may be issued for special circumstances. A local delivery service is available for a fee. If picking up large Items PLEASE bring moving materials (blankets, straps, hand truck, dolly, paper, boxes, etc) as well as people to assist you to move the item - all at your own risk.

All Sales are final, as is and where is. The responsibility for removal is only the responsibility of the buyer. Removal of the Items is scheduled at the end of the auction. Each removal/pickup term and auction may differ. Items not removed by the end of the scheduled pickup date become the property of the auctioneer and will be disposed of accordingly. The estates have a hard deadline to be vacated all bidders must comply with the posted deadline. No refunds, exchanges, credits or returns.
