We accept CASH (preferably), but can accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (there is a 3% service fee on all Credit/Debit purchases).

4. Please bring help and proper tools for carry bigger/heavier items.
5. We will provide shopping baskets for your shopping convenience along with bags and wrapping for your items.
6. NO PURSES, LARGE BAGS OR BACKPACKS will be allowed. No Exceptions, the house if full and many breakable items. We can hold in a secure area and give you a ticket of receipt for your purse or bag
7. We nor the homeowner will be responsible for any accidents or injury on the premises where the sale is held. Enter at your own risk.
8. There will be a numbered sign up sheet at the front door after 3pm on Thursday before the sale
