We accept Cash and Checks with a valid ID, and Major Credit and Debit Cards for purchases over $10.

We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you must have a current tax certificate with you or on file with us already.

We reserve the right to limit groups of people for entry to avoid overcrowding for the safety of all guests, staff and contents.

All items purchased must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made. Removing items is your responsibility meaning bring man power and the proper equipment such as a dolly or hand truck, blankets, bubble wrap, paper, tape, bungees and straps. If you are not prepared to do so then delivery will be arranged at your expense.

We work with a professional mover who can deliver and install any of your purchases. There are certain items that we will insist on a professional delivery service for the item may be not only large and oversize but heavy. To limit the liability of all those involved as well as insure no damage is made to the article, surrounding items or the home our professional mover is mandatory. They can also pack PODS & ABS Containers, Short Haul and Long Haul Moves and perform Clean Outs.

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes and park on one side of the street. This is a requirement for emergency vehicles.

Lastly, we are not always able to answer phones during the sale! Please plan your day ahead and have all of the necessary information to attend the sale such as sale day, date, time, address and directions.
