IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR ESTATE SALE SHOPPERS REGARDING PERSONAL BAGS BROUGHT TO THIS SALE- BECAUSE WE CANNOT OFFER OUR BAGS FOR YOU TO USE DURING THIS SALE, BECAUSE OF THE COVID PANDEMIC, WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO USE YOUR OWN BAGS. EVERY BAG WILL BE SEARCHED BEFORE LEAVING THE PROPERTY. DO NOT BRING A HANDBAG INTO THE SALE!

MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIRED. This is an area whose population is considered susceptible to the corona-virus. In order to protect our Staff and our Customers we will be following Pinellas County and CDC Guidelines and require our customers to keep SAFE DISTANCE from other shoppers and our staff and WEAR A MASK. If you do not have one, will have disposable masks available for $2.00 each.

When attending our sales please be aware of our other ESTATE SALE POLICIES:

PLEASE PARK RESPONSIVELY,. Do Not Block in neighbors driveways. Leave the Driveway of the sale free for furniture and large item Pick Up.

This is a Two Day Sale, 10am-2pm. We reserve the right to reduce hours or cancel sale on the last day if we are sold out on day one.

Be aware that we do not typically open our sales before 10am, but if we can...we will open a few minutes early...IF we can!! If we are setting up a few Items outside prior to sale, we can't let you in during that set up time, but the faster we are able to set up outside of the building, the faster we can let you SHOP!!

We are not equipped with manpower to help you load your purchases. We will have Dollies and hand carts for you to BORROW. If you buy a large or heavy treasure, bring the muscle with you for extra help. We do not deliver items. Though we do have names of reasonably priced delivery people. You are responsible for any damage caused to home or grounds while moving your purchases so please use care..

Payments: Cash! Debit or Credit Cards, we DO NOT accept Checks. All items are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are FINAL. There are no guarantees by those selling or the owner. And no Returns.

Be careful, if you break it, you must buy it, so watch your little ones.

You must remember that this is a home not a public place. Please watch your step and adhere to the signs posted throughout the house. Do not enter designated places,open cabinet door or drawers... all items available to the public are on display.

No Food, Drink, Animals, Strollers or Smoking inside building. Children must stay with parents while in the sale.

You are at your own risk on property and grounds. Watch your step.

We reserve the right to limit traffic and to remove person(s) from inside the home.

Restrooms are NOT available during Covid Pandemic.
