Our regular terms:
1. All Sales are Final and AS IS, sorry absolutely no returns under any circumstances
2. One White Orchid is not responsible for the descriptions, condition or authenticity of items. This is an estate sale and all items are used and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. We will tell you about the items to the best of our knowledge, but our advice is no guarantee of accuracy. It is always your responsibility to make sure the items you buy meet your expectations before you purchase.
3 We accept cash and all major credit cards (3% charge). Sorry, we do not accept checks
4. One White Orchid collects sales tax as required by law. A 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase price during checkout. If you have a resale exemption certificate, please present it at checkout.
5. One White Orchid estate sales does not provide movers, nor do we assist moving items. Large items must be removed after the sale. We will be happy to recommend a delivery/moving service.
Please bring your own boxes and packing paper, we ask that you pack up your own purchased items at time of sale.
6. You are responsible for any breakages or damage to estate items or property. If you break it, you must pay for it.
7. No food, drink or smoking are permitted in the house. No large bags or large purses allowed.
8. We reserve the right to limit the number of clients within the house, but rest assured, everyone will get a turn.
9. Please park responsibly and be considerate of the neighbors, please do not block the driveway or sidewalks. Please do not park on the grass.
10. Pricing will not be given over the phone or via text.

We have a treat in store for your with this Palmetto Bay estate sale. The home is chock full of interesting and rare collectibles, as well as artwork from both sides of the Atlantic and lots more.

We are delighted to be selling collections of vintage clocks, ceramic figurines, dishware, silver-plate and porcelain, religious items and an unusual collection of Toby Jugs. We also have a large collection of traditional and modern art by names such as British artist Frank Wasley, German artist Heinrich Goedeking, Mexican born artist Jose Trujillo and Florida artist Helen Burkett.
Furniture highlights include a stylish white tufted sofa with legs and a similar smaller pair of sofas, a stunning Asian themed vintage desk with matching chair, a set of old Florida style bamboo chairs and side tables, a vintage glass-top bar cart and an Asian folding screen. We also have several glass display cabinets, a striking oval glass table, a glass-top demilune table, a work desk, side and wall tables, a Stenella Antiques sideboard, shelving units and a credenza.
The decor assortment has a Tiffany style lamp, decorative plates, ornamental pieces, sculptures, a selection of lamps, rugs and runners, vases and bowls.
We are selling a large assortment of modern and traditional dinnerware and dishware, small kitchen appliances and kitchenware, garden statues an Epson WF-2930 printer and more.
