•. Up to 7 guest at a time in the home. Sorry for the inconvenience in advance. Must respect clients home at all times.
•. No bags or purses allowed inside . Small hand wallets are exceptable.
•. Bring Packing materials and manual labor is limited please bring your own materials and muscle for large furniture items.

Come join the fun on our lake front property single-family home in Pembroke pines. The Reserve is the community complex no gates no hassle. We will be conducting an estate sale on August 21 through the 23rd Friday and Saturday from 930 am - 2 pm and Sunday from 1030 am - 3 pm. The variety of items in the home are old Asian, kimonos, signed glass, china , glassware, cameras , rugs, refrigerator, stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and all appliances and light fixtures are available for sale. We have men and women clothing both modern and vintage designer handbag and shoes, accessories , and lots of costume jewelry. Holiday decorations, garage items, red tool chest, stereo, Furniture, small appliances, antiques, electronics, kitchenware, collectibles, art, bar items, household products, linens, and more! Please be mindful of parking cul-de-sac setting let’s not block driveways or mailboxes. I will update photos and add Tuesday lighting wasnt great. Cross bags only no purses . See you soon 😇
