Everything must go... LIghts, Doors, Floors, Railings, Basketball Court Floor, Workout Equipment, Steam Generators, Pool Equipment and Ladders, Weights, exit signs, security system soo much more. Preview will be at 9am and Auction starts at 10am. We will be open till five pm so you can get your items out. The we will be open at 11 till 3pm on Monday the 12th. After that the building willl be torn down. Terms of sale Cash, Approved Check, Credit Cards. 12% buyers premium 2% discount for cash on the buyers premium.
