| Auctioneer's Note: Everything in this auction is compiled from the Estates of Two Sisters. These old Florida families' estates are full of interesting and unique items dating from the mid 1800's to current. Something for everyone! AUCTION CLOSES: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 15, STARTING AT 10 AM. Incremental closing. 5 Items per Minute. IMPORTANT: LOTS 1-26 are located off-site at a climate controlled warehouse on Pine Forest Road. These pieces can be picked up between 10AM and 1PM on Monday, February 17. All other furniture at the main site cannot be removed until 2PM on Sunday the 16th, due to the extreme space limitations of all the smaller items. We encourage buyers to attend the preview to satisfy themselves of the condition. All items sell as is, where is.
