Hi everyone!  We are having the first of a couple sales for some nice ladies moving to assisted living facilities!  Whole house!  This is a patio home with very close houses, so please be mindful of neighbor’s driveways!


Up for sale are a nice Ethan Allen dining room table and two piece hutch with lots of drawers in hutch and drawers in the bottom piece which is excellent for linens!  Full size mattress and box springs with a wooden bookcase headboard, footboard and side rails.  Nice bureau with mirror, several nice side tables and a great wooden coffee table.  Comfy office chair.  Lamps and lots of framed prints.


There’s a Wii console with fit board and several games, an iPod, pair of Pioneer speakers, Sony 5 disc changer, Tivo and a First Act Guitar.  Kids computer games.  HP printer.


Washer and Dryer.  Exercise Bike and electric lawnmower.


A partial set of “Caprice” by Craftsman China, nice collectible elegant Depression glass stemware, silver plate flatware, miscellaneous Depression glassware, Pewter coffee service, some nice lead crystal pieces. 


Kitchenware, small appliances, linens – full and twin sheets and comforter sets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels, tablecloths, napkins and table runners.  Small amount of clothing and shoes.   Yard and lawn items.
