This sale is a moving/liquidation sale on behalf of the late Mr. Frank Erhardt and Yannis & Loretta(Erhardt) Grigans of Saginaw. Michigan. Frank was a jack of all trades specializing in small engine repair, carpentry, plumbing & electrical. and pretty much any handyman type job you might need. The Grigans used this home for snowbird usage the last several years. The house will be for sale at the conclusion of this sale.
