1) ONSITE Estate Sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
2) Taxes will be charged at time of purchase. If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
3) Cash, Check & Credit Cards Accepted!
4) All Sales are final and all items are AS IS.
ONLINE SALES
We are trying something New! We are going to do a combination of In-Person/Virtual Shopper Sales with the "In-Person Customers" getting precedence over "Virtual Shoppers". Don't worry, everyone is important but here is how it will go...
1) When I release the sale, Virtual Shoppers may request items by sending me an email or calling me, with the "Letter/Number" of the item(s) they would like to purchase. You can send orders via email to: info@emeraldcoastestatesales.com, up through the first day or you can call Julie at (850) 889-5355, at any time or on the days of the sale.
2) After the first flood of customers come through, one of our employees will shop for the virtual shoppers. If items that were requested by the Virtual Shoppers are still available, staff will start to pull those items for the online requests.
3) Julie will then make the Online Customers an Invoice through Square and send it with the items that were available. The invoice must be paid within a Two hour period. We don't have the 2 weeks to liquidate a sale any longer but will finish it within that weekend, hence the quick turnaround on payment.
