• We are happy to accept CASH or CREDIT CARDS -- but we CANNOT accept checks. To be fair to all customers, we are NOT able to provide any pricing information prior to sale via phone or internet.

• This home is SUPER CLEAN and has beautiful furniture and decorative pieces. The furniture is in EXCELLENT condition!  The ESTATE SALE will be held three days, the Sale Dates are: Thursday, December 3^rd, Friday, December 4^th, and Saturday, December 5^th.

• MASKS ARE REQUIRED - we want everyone to be SAFE - if you do not wear a mask to the Estate Sale - you may purchase one on-site for $1.00 -- you will NOT be allowed entry to the sale without a mask.

• PURSES or BACKPACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED – they get in the way of other shoppers and can cause accidents.

• Please bring someone to help you load your large items – we will have staff on site to assist getting your items to the check-out table but they may be too busy to help load your items although, as always, we will try and be as helpful as we can.

• There will be a HOLD AREA for you to place your items while you continue to shop. We will have some boxes and packing materials onsite - but suggest that you bring additional boxes and wrapping :)

• All items are "AS IS" and "AS FOUND" - all sales are final - No returns, refunds, or charge backs. We have done our best to point out any possible flaws - but please remember to examine all items before bringing to check out.

• ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE NO LATER THAN SATURDAY, December 5^th by 3:00 p.m. -- unless a special arrangement is made with the sellers.
