The house is going on the market soon and EVERYTHING in the house must be sold!   This LOVELY home is in a nice subdivision off of Jackson Street. The 4-bedroom 2-bath home is larger than it looks from the outside and EVERY ROOM is FILLED with interesting finds!

We will place Estate Sale signs at large intersections – and have our big blue flag at the entrance to the sale – but it would be best to use your GPS to find us! 

The owners of this home collected many unique and beautiful items – including a fantastic set of Vintage SASAKI Stemware, a Rosenthal Bitossi Italian Vase, an Akai Reel-to-Reel player and several vintage speakers.  The furniture is in EXCELLENT condition – several rocker/recliners (Lane and Lazy-Boy), an Entertainment Center, several small tables, a Vintage Kenmore Sewing Machine (in cabinet), and some lovely Art work!  The Garage is quite full of hand tools, larger tools, a Table Saw, and even a new Pilates Bench!

•            MASKS are NOT REQUIRED – however – we will provide masks at the checkout desk for anyone who wants one.  We want you to feel SAFE and comfortable!  

•            PURSES or BACKPACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED – they get in the way of other shoppers and can cause accidents. We provide lightweight, easy to carry, shopping baskets for your convenience.  Please leave your purses and backpacks in your car.  Thanks!

•            Please bring someone to help you load your large items – we will have staff on site to assist getting your items to the check-out table but they may be too busy to help load your items although, as always, we will try and be as helpful as we can. 😊

We WILL have helpers available on Saturday to help you load your Furniture purchases.

•            There will be a HOLD AREA for you to place your items while you continue to shop.  We will have boxes and packing materials onsite - but suggest that you bring additional boxes and wrapping :)

•            All items are "AS IS" and "AS FOUND" - all sales are final - No returns, refunds, or charge backs. We have done our best to point out any possible flaws - but please remember to examine all items before bringing to check out.[i]
