We charge sales tax unless you provide us with a printed copy of your 2025 Tax-Exempt Certificate.
We do NOT assist with any heavy moving, so please bring your own moving help.
We have limited wrapping and packaging supplies so please bring your own.
Plan to have all purchased items removed by close of business Sunday.
All sales are FINAL, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
Please be courteous when parking and do not block driveways or traffic.

Join us for a three-day Estate Sale on Thursday, Friday & Saturday! House is full of many choices including kitchen collectibles, a super nice dining room table with four leaves & 6 chairs. Bedroom room furniture (King Bed frame & like new mattress), two nightstands, and a dresser with mirror. There is plenty of clothing too. You will find men's pants, shirts, jackets & more. We have lots of children's items including strollers, car seats, toys, lots of books! In the living room, we have two curios, a sofa and chair, a PIANO, a coffee table with lots of electronics. Don't miss the garage! We have STEELERS signage, a NordicTrack, tons of tools, lots of small machinery & much more. We definitely have HOLIDAY decor in the garage.
