We do not sell in advance of the sale nor do we sell over the phone. Since estate sale purchases are
as-is, It is important that you personally inspect your purchases.
Buyer responsible for bringing help to move large purchases.
If needed,We have a mover on reserve to assist you. He will quote a price directly to you.
We provide large shopping bags, so kindly leave large purses and bags in your car.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Plan to pick up all items by by close of business on Saturday.
All items are purchased where is/as is. We do not issue refunds.
