Olive Road Mini Storage Auction

It's storage auction time once again! Join us Friday March 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Olive Road Mini Storage where we will auction off delinquent units. Locks will be cut off the day of the sale in front of you. There are several units on the docket however the actual number could change right up until auction time. Please feel free to contact the storage facility for the exact count (850)477-7475. Please note that all purchased units must be cleaned out by the end of business on Friday March 27. EVERYTHING must be removed from units and swept out. There is NOT a dumpster available so even trash must be hauled away by purchaser. Please bring your own lock to secure the unit after purchase.

There is a 10% buyers premium in effect for the auction.  THIS IS A CASH ONLY AUCTION. You will be charged sales tax unless we have a current copy of your tax certificate on file.
